報告人簡介：
Prof. Vladilen Minin is the Red Banner Award of Labor, the winner of the State premium of the USSR, and academician of the Academy of Technical Science of The Russian Federation. He is the founder and President of the Ural-Siberian branch of the Academy of Technological Sciences of Russia. He is the winner of the Order of Lenin as well as numerous other awards and medals for his scientific and academic achievements. Prof. Vladilen Minin has also authored the openings of more than 600 technical proceedings, and holds patents on more than 150 inventions. His work was resulted in the creation of over 70 different families of weaponry. Both the armies of the USSR as well as the Army of the Russian Federation have employed these systems. Many of systems are still unique in the world.
