2．Doris Lessing: the real, the unreal, the understood and the misunderstood.  This would discuss the odd way in which Doris Lessing combines realism with impossibility in her writing.
朵麗斯列辛: 現(xiàn)實(shí)與虛構(gòu)、相知與誤解。此一主題主要探討朵麗斯列辛在作品中結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)主義與超越可能性的手法。

主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
Joseph Linzmeier received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Wisconsin and his Ph.D. in English from SUNY-Buffalo.  He has taught in China, America and Saudi Arabia.  His scholarship has been published in America, Europe and Asia.  Currently he is doing research on Doris Lessing while on sabbatical from the Applied English Department of Ming Chuan University in Taiwan.

Joseph Linzmeier博士在美國(guó)威士康辛大學(xué)取得英文學(xué)士學(xué)位，于美國(guó)紐約州立大學(xué)水牛城分校取得英文博士學(xué)位。林之邁先生曾任職于中國(guó)、美國(guó)與沙特阿拉伯，學(xué)術(shù)著作曾刊登于美國(guó)、歐洲及亞洲等地。現(xiàn)任臺(tái)灣銘傳大學(xué)應(yīng)用英文系任副教授，今年獲準(zhǔn)申請(qǐng)?jiān)诼氀芯啃菁伲槍?duì)作家朵麗斯列辛(Doris Lessing)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)研究。
